A Road to Awe was a crazy voxel-based project I worked on every single day in 2017. A kind of intimate year-long game jam, with a focus on level design and ambient music.
The game itself offers a contemplative first-person experience, where you follow an abstract road made of colorful blocks. Back then, you discovered a new level every day. Now, you can go straight through all 365 levels.
It was updated daily with Itch's early access system, so anyone following the project could get new content automatically if they used the Itch app. This game was made with RPG in a Box.
